Day in the Life - Mini Vlog

My Experience 

For the Spring 2022 semester, I was the Marketing
Intern at Manhattan Theatre Club in New York City.
The Marketing Intern at MTC has many various responsibilities and every work day is different. Some of my basic responsibilities included sending pre/post show emails to single ticket buyers, updating the website, attending meetings, circulating playbills and press releases, and properly filing materials. As the Marketing Intern I also did a lot of design work for Marketing and other departments. I worked closely with the Artistic Department designing flyers, program inserts, and social graphics for the Beyond The Stage programming. I was also responsible for updating and gathering analytical engagement data for the Beyond The Stage linktrees. Interns at MTC are required to attend weekly educational seminars with professionals from each department designed to teach us how a non-profit theatre organization operates as a whole. We also had seminars hosted by HR with tips on applying for jobs, resume and cover letter feedback, and mock job interviews. In six short months I worked on many projects and attended various events.
