Playbill Circulations

The Marketing Intern is responsible for internally circulating all drafts of the playbill and sending any edits or notes back to the press agency. When a show is currently running we receive weekly or bi-weekly drafts which usually need minimal editing. Those are circulated digitally via email and notes or edits are collected in a word document. When a show is not yet playing, we receive three major drafts of the playbill. These are the first, second, and third drafts to be created for the show so they often require a lot of editing. These I circulated physical copies of to each department. Everyone would return handwritten edits which I would then compile into one master copy. These edits are then typed and forwarded to the press agency.
