Meetings

Attending meetings may not seem like the most important responsibility to
report on, however, observing meetings for a wide range of topics greatly
expanded my knowledge of the industry and operations. Each week I had anywhere
from six to ten meeting. I mostly attended meetings with our ad agency meeting, our
website company, Beyond The Stage, Audience Development, gala planning, full staff, and department catch up meetings. In many meetings I just observed which was helpful in terms of absorbing information. In meetings for Beyond The Stage and Audience Development I had the opportunity to contribute. I am glad the Marketing Department allowed me to observe any meeting they felt would be beneficial towards my professional development.
