Early Career Professional Training Program Promo

My intern cohort was the last group of semester long, on-season interns. MTC Education created the Early Career Professional Training Program for future interns to experience a year long on-season program. I created an initial social media post to inform our followers of the new program. I also crafted fun promotional ideas to spread the word about the program including plans for an MTC Intern TikTok account and fun Instagram content. Unfortunately, I only had time to complete one of idea prior to the end of my internship. The idea I felt would most encourage people to apply was a video with soundbites from the current interns explaining their experience. I organized a filming schedule to conduct interviews with each intern. I gathered a lot of content but narrowed down the soundbites to the most encouraging answer from each intern and edited it into one instagram reel.
